this Blancer is transformer feedback type, energy transfer type

4S, 8S version : 100*60*25 MM, 8S version can use for 4S ~ 8S

For every 0.1V differential voltage, the maximum balance current is 1.5A

17S version size: 125*80*33 MM, can use for 4S ~17S

For every 0.1V voltage difference, the maximum balance current is 1.2A

20S and 24S version size : 156*120*35 MM , can use for 4S ~20S / 4S~24S

For every 0.1V voltage difference, the maximum balance current is 1.2A

The balance current is not fixed, the greater the voltage difference, the greater the balance current.  if 0.2V voltage difference , it can 2.4A balance current.  Balance current don’t have fixed value .All batteries are balanced synchronously, not just adjacently balanced. The balance current can be measured on the balance wires with a clamp-on DC meter. At present, 17S , 20S, 24S balance board, no start voltage difference requirement, balance can be achieved when connected

can’t  be used as BMS/protection boards . It only have balance function . Cannot be used for daily debugging.

Suit for battery : Li-ion,Lipo, Lifepo4,Lithium manganese oxide (if you want to use for LTO , contact us for custom made )

All batteries participate in balance simultaneously

The high voltage is discharging, the low voltage is charging.

Start condition

When using for the first time, the first 4 series voltages are required to be higher than 12V (LTO need 5 series), and there is no voltage difference requirement

The starting conditions after sleep are: charge or discharge (the sleep function can be cancelled)

Can use together with protection board . but its wiring don’t have relationship with protection board

can use in parallel to make balance function stronger

can use in cascade for higher series like 32S , 36S , 40S , 48S 60S, 120S … and so on

The 100AH capacity battery pack can reach less than 5MV after being fully charged and balanced. The smaller the capacity, the better the effect.

1. before wiring , must take off connectors .All the wires sequence must be correct . Use multimeter to test all wires are correct , then plug on connector

2. first time use must use charger to charge . keep charger charging untill satisfied .
